Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Title

The number of words that make up the title is a maximum of 18 syllables, excluding conjunctions. Use Indonesian and English.

Author Name and Affiliation

The full name of the author, or the authors, may consist of one or more syllables. Affiliation writing starts from the unit/unit/study program-faculty-university-city-country. Abstract The abstract consists of Indonesian and English. The maximum number of words in the abstract is 250 words.

Keywords

Keywords contain the main theme carried by the script. The strategy of writing keywords so that publications are easier to find through internet search engines is the selection of keywords adjusted to the words in the title and words that are often used in the abstract. A maximum of six keywords consisting of Indonesian and English.

Introduction

Describe the phenomena that exist in the community so that the urgency of the activity can be known. Provide a scientific foundation of the community service / innovation model carried out in the community.

Method

Explain how the activity is carried out, starting from the recruitment of participants, details of the implementation time, material and how to deliver it.

Results and Discussion

Convey how the results or achievements of the activities that have been carried out, documentation can be attached to the activities (photos / videos). If the findings require a scientific foundation as part of the discussion, interpret the results on the basis of relevant scientific sources.

Conclusion

The conclusion answers the purpose of community service or innovation carried out. Convey the benefits of the existing activities, and make suggestions for follow-up activities.

Implication

Explain the implications of the activity on problems related to the implementation of community service.

Disadvantages or Obstacles

Convey things that are obstacles to not optimal activity achievements.

Statement

  1. Can contain the submission of names that contribute to the implementation of activities but are not included as authors. Explain if there is a conflict of interest originating from other funders, institutions, and/or professionals.
  2. Acknowledgments to entities involved in the implementation of activities.
  3. Provide the name of the funder and the decision number.
  4. If there is more than one author, describe their authorship contributions based on the CRediT taxonomy. 

Bibliography

Preparation of a bibliography must use a reference manager application, JIPPM recommends the Zotero application. The reference style is the American Psychological Association Stye (APA).

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
