UTILIZATION OF PRENATAL GYMNASTICS TO REDUCE LOW BACK PAIN IN PREGNANT WOMEN IN THE THIRD TRIMESTER IN MOTUI DISTRICT, NORTH KONAWE REGENCY

Complaints of pregnant women with Low Back Pain(back pain) during pregnancy at 13 weeks to 30 weeks of pregnancy, it was found that the older the pregnancy, the stronger the back pain experienced by pregnant women was found to be up to 51% experiencing increased back pain during pregnancy. The purpose of this activity is so that pregnant women in Trimester III can benefit and increase the knowledge of pregnant women and reduce the intensity of back pain in pregnant women called Low Back Pain, so that healthy and happy pregnant women are created. Weight gain and hormonal changes that often occur during pregnancy are physiological changes experienced by mothers during pregnancy, one of which is a trigger for back pain. Pregnant women need to prepare for the birth process due to the physical changes and psychological changes they experience.
The method is carried out by utilizing pregnancy exercises to overcome pain during the labor process in addition to pharmacological therapy, it can also be done with the pregnancy exercise method, pregnancy exercise can reduce pain in physical ways. Fear, anxiety in facing childbirth are elements that can cause psychological and physical tensions, especially related to the muscles during the labor process.
The results of pregnant women who do pregnancy exercises regularly during their pregnancy, will experience a much easier and smoother birth process and a shorter delivery time.
Solution to the problem: Conclusion The need to utilize pregnancy exercises to reduce Low Back Painin pregnant women Trimester III to reduce complications that may occur during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.
