Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Virtual Reality Terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan Manajemen Aktif Kala III Mahasiswa Kebidanan

Ringkasan: Latar belakang: Persalinan berisiko mengalami postpartum hemorrhage sehingga penyedia layanan obstetrik memerlukan keterampilan manajemen aktif kala III yang tepat. Di STIKes Salewangan Maros, ketidaklulusan keterampilan manajemen aktif kala III mencapai 54,3% mahasiswa. Media pembelajaran virtual reality berpotensi meningkatkan keterampilan klinis dalam pendidikan kebidanan. Tujuan: Menganalisis peningkatan keterampilan manajemen aktif kala III sebelum dan setelah pemberian media pembelajaran berbasis virtual reality. Metode: Penelitian quasi experimental dengan desain one group pre-test post-test pada 46 mahasiswa DIII kebidanan STIKes Salewangan Maros periode Mei-Juni 2020 menggunakan total sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan signifikan keterampilan manajemen aktif kala III sebelum dan setelah pemberian media virtual reality dengan p-value 0,001 (p<0,05). Terjadi peningkatan keterampilan sebesar 22,20% secara keseluruhan, dengan peningkatan tertinggi pada bagian keterampilan manajemen aktif kala III mencapai 27,70%. Semua komponen keterampilan menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan. Simpulan: Pembelajaran melalui media virtual reality efektif meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen aktif kala III persalinan pada mahasiswa kebidanan. Saran: Diperlukan penambahan alat VR dan pelatihan dosen serta pengembangan grup kontrol pada penelitian selanjutnya.
