Hubungan Durasi Dan Postur Laptop Dengan Nyeri Leher (NDI) Mahasiswa Keperawatan Online Learning : Studi Cross-Sectional

Latar belakang: Penggunaan laptop jangka panjang pada mahasiswa keperawatan berpotensi menimbulkan disabilitas leher, namun bukti kuantitatif di era pembelajaran daring masih terbatas. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan durasi dan postur penggunaan laptop dengan tingkat disabilitas leher pada mahasiswa keperawatan tingkat akhir. Metode: Studi observasional potong lintang pada 81 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara simple random sampling; durasi penggunaan laptop dan postur kerja diukur melalui kuesioner, disabilitas leher dinilai menggunakan Neck Disability Index (NDI), dianalisis dengan korelasi Spearman, uji Fisher Exact, dan odds ratio 95% CI. Hasil: Seluruh responden menggunakan laptop >2 jam/hari, 71,6% ?4 jam/hari, dengan mayoritas disabilitas sedang–berat; durasi ?4 jam/hari berhubungan signifikan dengan disabilitas sedang–berat (p=0,018; OR 2,8; 95% CI 1,1–7,5). Simpulan: Durasi penggunaan laptop tinggi meningkatkan risiko disabilitas leher fungsional pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Saran: Institusi perlu mengintegrasikan edukasi ergonomi, pengaturan jeda istirahat, dan penataan workstation untuk menurunkan risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal leher
