Lanskap Riset dan Arah Perkembangan Telefarmasi Global: Pendekatan Bibliometrik dan Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis

Latar belakang: Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong penerapan telefarmasi, tetapi implementasinya masih menghadapi permasalahan regulasi, kesiapan infrastruktur, kompetensi tenaga kefarmasian, dan disparitas antarwilayah. Tujuan: Menganalisis perkembangan, tren, dan arah penelitian telefarmasi menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan analisis bibliometrik. Metode: Penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui Scopus, Google Scholar, dan PubMed pada periode 2002–2025. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer untuk memetakan perkembangan publikasi, keterkaitan kata kunci, kluster tema, dan distribusi geografis. Hasil: Tiga temuan utama diperoleh: (1) telefarmasi meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan dan pemahaman pasien; (2) masih terdapat kesenjangan regulasi terkait standardisasi layanan, validasi resep elektronik, dan kompetensi profesional; dan (3) terdapat disparitas geografis, dengan perkembangan telefarmasi lebih tinggi di Malaysia dibandingkan Indonesia. Kesimpulan: Telefarmasi berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan kefarmasian, tetapi memerlukan penguatan regulasi, infrastruktur digital, dan kompetensi profesional. Saran: memfokuskan kajian pada pengembangan kerangka regulasi internasional, standar interoperabilitas sistem digital, serta model pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi tenaga farmasi
