Efektivitas Konseling terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Penggunaan Kontrasepsi pada Ibu Postpartum

Latar belakang: Penggunaan kontrasepsi postpartum di Indonesia belum optimal, meningkatkan risiko kehamilan berjarak dekat. Tujuan: Menilai pengaruh konseling kontrasepsi berulang terhadap pengetahuan dan pengambilan keputusan ibu postpartum. Metode: Quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with control group pada 90 ibu postpartum (45 perlakuan, 45 kontrol) dipilih purposive di Kabupaten Sragen. Kelompok perlakuan mendapat lima sesi konseling (±25 menit sesi awal, ±15-20 menit sesi lanjutan), kelompok kontrol tanpa intervensi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner tervalidasi (Cronbach's ?=0,812). Hasil: Skor pengetahuan kelompok perlakuan meningkat signifikan (10,11±1,50 menjadi 12,11±1,48; p<0,001; d=0,85) dibanding kontrol (8,82±1,84 menjadi 10,38±1,48). Pengambilan keputusan meningkat bermakna hanya pada kelompok perlakuan (18,91±2,46 menjadi 20,91±2,29; p<0,001; d=0,79), disertai peningkatan penggunaan MKJP (IUD +28,9%). Simpulan: Konseling berulang efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pengambilan keputusan kontrasepsi postpartum. Saran: Direkomendasikan integrasi konseling terstruktur dalam pelayanan masa nifas dengan evaluasi berkala
