Analisis Profil Kesehatan Dan Gaya Hidup Risiko Penyakit Kardio-neurovaskular Mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Kendari

Latar Belakang: Penyakit kardio-neurovaskular merupakan penyebab kematian tertinggi secara global, dengan faktor risiko yang kini cenderung muncul sejak usia muda. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis profil kesehatan dan gaya hidup risiko penyakit kardio-neurovaskular pada mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Kendari. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif ini melibatkan 100 mahasiswa aktif Tingkat I, II, dan III yang dipilih melalui teknik stratified random sampling; data profil kesehatan dan gaya hidup dikumpulkan melalui pengukuran fisik serta instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat menggunakan SPSS. Hasil: Sebanyak 46% responden memiliki riwayat keluarga dengan penyakit kardio-neurovaskular, 50% terpapar asap rokok, 9% mengalami hipertensi diastolik, 82% mengalami stres sedang, 71% kurang aktivitas fisik, 81% kurang konsumsi buah dan sayur, serta 85% sering mengonsumsi makanan cepat saji; sebanyak 73% responden memiliki tiga atau lebih faktor risiko secara bersamaan. Simpulan: Mahasiswa keperawatan menunjukkan akumulasi faktor risiko kardio-neurovaskular yang tinggi meskipun profil kesehatan klinis sebagian besar berada dalam kategori normal. Saran: Diperlukan program promosi kesehatan komprehensif berupa skrining berkala, edukasi gizi, manajemen stres, dan peningkatan aktivitas fisik
