Abstract

Prolanis is a health service system that uses a proactive and integrative approach by involving partic pants, health facilities and BPJS health in order to maintain those suffering from chronic diseases for health care effectively and efficiently. Bpjs Kesehatan data for the last three years, namely 2019, 2020 and 2021, there is not a single Puskesmas in Kupang City that can meet the target of the Controlled Prolanis Participant Ratio (RRPT ? 5%) per year. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect hypertension control in prolanis participants at puskesmas Se - Kupang City in 2022. The da-lam research method is quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach with the population in this study, namely prolanis participants in 11 Kupang City Health Centers who were diagnosed with hypertension. The sampling technique in this study is the cluster random sampling technique. The data in this study was taken using a questionnaire distributed to prolanis participants in 11 Kupang City Health Centers as many as 269 people. Data were analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression test and the test results showed that the variables had a significant effect on hypertension control of prolanis participants, namely family support (p = 0.039), lifestyle (p = 0.015), traceability (p = 0.002) and trust (p = 0.003). So that it becomes a good input in the implementation of chronic disease prevention and control programs to be able to help the puskesmas achieve the target of implementing effective and efficient prevention programs
