As a result of the pandemic, there have been changes among the community, such as worrying about exposure to the Covid-19 virus when they are about to donate blood. The impact of this pandemic has had a negative effect on the condition of UDD PMI in several regions in Indonesia, such as the city of Bandung. The pur-pose of this study was to compare the number of blood donors at UDD PMI Ban-dung City before the pandemic occurred and during the pandemic. This study uses a cross-sectional research design. The sample in this study is the total population taken from data on the number of blood donors at UDD PMI Bandung City from 1 January to 31 and December 2019 – 1 January to 31 December 2020. In this study, quantitative data analysis with categorical statistics will be used. The results showed that the average number of blood donors at PMI in Bandung before the pandemic was 10,054 people, while during the pandemic there were an average of 8,455 people. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant differ-ence in the number of blood donors at UDD PMI Bandung City before the pan-demic and during the pandemic, where there was a decrease in the number of do-nors during the pandemic.
