Policy Statement

The Journal of Holistic Nursing and Clinical Innovation (JHNC) does not charge any fee to authors throughout the entire publication process. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Submission Fee — Rp 0,00 (no charge is applied when submitting a manuscript for consideration).
• Review Fee — No charge is applied during the peer review process.
• Publication Fee (Article Processing Charge) — Rp 0,00 (no charge is applied when a manuscript is accepted and published).
• Authors are not required to make any payment at any stage, from initial submission through final online publication.

Why JHNC is Free of Charge

JHNC is published by the Department of Nursing, Poltekkes Kemenkes Kendari, and is fully supported by the institution as part of its commitment to advancing nursing science and disseminating research findings for the benefit of the public. This support allows JHNC to operate as a Diamond Open Access journal — providing free access for readers and free publication for authors, without financial barriers on either side.

Important Notes for Authors

• Authors should be cautious of any individual or third party claiming to charge a fee on behalf of JHNC. All official communication regarding manuscript status is conducted exclusively through the journal's Open Journal System (OJS) platform and official editorial email.
• The absence of a processing charge does not affect the rigor of the peer review process. All manuscripts undergo the same double-blind peer review and plagiarism screening as described in the journal's policies.
• Should JHNC's fee policy change in the future, this page will be updated accordingly, and the change will not apply retroactively to manuscripts already submitted under the free-of-charge policy.
