Authors who publish with the Journal of Holistic Nursing and Clinical Innovation (JHNC) retain the copyright of their own work. By submitting a manuscript to JHNC, authors agree to the following terms:

• Authors retain copyright and grant JHNC the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits others to share and adapt the work with appropriate attribution and under the same license.
• Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), provided that a clear acknowledgement of its initial publication in JHNC is included.

Author Warranties

By submitting a manuscript, the corresponding author, on behalf of all co-authors, warrants that:
