The names, email addresses, and other personal information entered in this journal's website will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the Journal of Holistic Nursing and Clinical Innovation (JHNC) and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party. Personal information associated with a user account is retained for as long as the account remains active on the JHNC OJS platform, or as required to fulfil the journal's editorial, legal, and archival obligations. Published articles, including author names and affiliations, are retained permanently as part of the scholarly record, consistent with standard academic publishing practice.
Registered users of the JHNC OJS platform may:
- Access and update their account information at any time by logging into their user profile.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information held by the journal.
- Request deactivation of their account, subject to the journal's obligation to retain records of manuscripts already submitted, reviewed, or published.
