Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease caused by a viral infection that transmitted by Aedes aegypti to human. WHO reported around 5.2 million cases of DHF in 2019. In 2022, there were 116,127 cases of DHF in Indonesia and 4,349 DHF cases in Banten Province. At Gembong Primary Health Center, DHF cases increased in the last 3 months. The results of mini-survey indicated environment factor was the problem among the community. The root cause of the problem was the lack of knowledge about DHF and the 3M plus prevention. The aim was to increase Tobat Village people’s knowledge about DHF and prevention of 3M Plus. The activity was carried out using community diagnosis approach. Problem identification was done using Blum’s paradigm. The priority of the problems was determined by non-scoring technique (Delphi). The root cause of the problem was determined by fishbone method. The intervention was health promotion about DHF and 3M Plus prevention. Evaluation of activities was carried out with a system approach. The result of the intervention showed that 30 participants (100%) had an increase in pre-test to post-test scores and 28 (93.3%) participants obtained post-test scores ? 80. This community diagnosis activity resulted in increasing knowledge of Tobat Village people regarding DHF and 3M Plus prevention. It is hoped that new cases of DHF in the working area of the Gembong Health Center will decrease.
