Abstract

Ringkasan: Latar belakang: Nilai rujukan darah rutin yang berasal dari populasi rujukan alat dan reagen berbeda dengan karakteristik populasi lokal, sehingga berpotensi tidak sesuai untuk interpretasi hasil laboratorium di Indonesia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan nilai rujukan darah rutin pada dewasa sehat di Kota Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian analitik cross sectional dilakukan pada 241 pendonor darah sehat (120 pria, 121 wanita, usia 17-70 tahun) di PMI Kota Yogyakarta. Sampel darah dianalisis menggunakan Hematology Analyzer Sysmex XP-100. Data diuji normalitas dan perbedaan gender, nilai rujukan ditetapkan menggunakan persentil 2,5-97,5%. Hasil: Nilai rujukan untuk pria dan wanita berturut-turut: Hb (12,1-16,6; 11,5-15,3)g/dl, WBC (4,6-12,6; 5,3-13,1)×10³sel/?l, RBC (4,15-6,66; 3,99-5,49)×10?sel/?l, HCT (38-49,2; 35-45,5)%, PLT (184-453; 232-560)×10³sel/?l. Parameter MCV, MCH, MCHC, dan MPV tidak menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan berdasarkan gender. Simpulan: Nilai rujukan lokal menunjukkan perbedaan dengan standar rujukan yang umum digunakan laboratorium. Saran: Verifikasi nilai rujukan perlu dilakukan sebelum implementasi di laboratorium untuk meningkatkan akurasi interpretasi hasil pemeriksaan.
