Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi tersembunyi di tempat kerja merupakan ancaman kesehatan serius pada populasi usia produktif yang kerap tidak terdeteksi melalui pemeriksaan konvensional. Identifikasi faktor metabolik yang berkontribusi terhadap kondisi ini penting untuk mendukung strategi pencegahan berbasis tempat kerja. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan parameter metabolik dengan kejadian hipertensi pada pegawai berusia ?40 tahun. Metode: Studi potong lintang retrospektif menggunakan data sekunder pemeriksaan kesehatan 140 pegawai Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya periode Februari – Maret 2024. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji ANOVA satu arah dan regresi logistik. Hasil: Indeks massa tubuh dan kolesterol total berhubungan signifikan dengan hipertensi (p<0,05). Setiap peningkatan satu unit IMT meningkatkan risiko hipertensi sebesar 25% (OR=1,254; 95% CI: 1,051–1,493). Interaksi kolesterol total dan LDL memperkuat risiko hipertensi secara bermakna. Simpulan: IMT dan Kolesterol total merupakan determinan metabolik dominan hipertensi pada pegawai usia produktif. Saran : Institusi perlu mengimplementasikan skrining metabolik secara berkala, program pengendalian berat badan, dan manajemen profil lipid sebagai komponen kebijakan kesehatan kerja preventif
