Editor's Responsibilities
Maintain the confidentiality of the editorial process. Submitted manuscripts will not be discussed with any entity not involved in the process (supervisor, colleagues, or other researchers);
Ensure each manuscript has been carefully prepared and is free from errors (plagiarism, falsification, and fabrication);
Request additional data from authors for manuscripts requiring further clarification;
Discontinue involvement in the editorial process if they discover a conflict of interest between the manuscript entities (authors and reviewing entities);
Communicate the importance of open data to authors;
Communicate the publication of articles they manage to the community to foster the sustainability and development of science through post-publication review mechanisms;
Collaborate with other editorial teams in investigating reports of scientific misconduct in published articles.

Respect the confidentiality of the manuscript editorial process by not discussing it with colleagues or other researchers;
Do not use ideas from the manuscript process for their own gain;
Avoid any conflicts of interest, whether arising from the author, the author's affiliation, or any personal bias;
Review only those areas for which you have scientific expertise;
Provide constructive, scientifically grounded comments that do not contain racial, ethnic, and intergroup (SARA) content;
Communicate with the editor if additional time is needed or if review is not possible;
Report any errors (plagiarism, falsification, or fabrication) to the editor in the manuscript.
