Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyakit terminal membebani fisik pasien dan psikologis keluarga, menuntut pendekatan paliatif holistik yang sensitif budaya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas terapi Al-Qur'an berbasis keluarga dalam perawatan paliatif. Metode: Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review berpedoman PRISMA, pencarian dilakukan pada PubMed, PMC, Springer dan Google Scholar (2015-2025). Dari 889 artikel, terpilih 16 studi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan penilaian PICOS dan JBI QARI. Hasil: Intervensi spiritual Islam yang melibatkan keluarga menunjukan penurunan beban pengasuhan, kecemasan, dan depresi, serta meningkatkan resiliensi keluarga. Lebih jauh, ketenangan spiritual keluarga berkorelasi positif dengan penurunan nyeri fisik dan stabilitas fisiologis pasien. Simpulan: Terapi Al-Qur'an berbasis keluarga merupakan intervensi klinis valid yang memberdayakan keluarga sebagai agen terapeutik biopsikososial, bukan sekadar pelengkap. Saran: Pelayanan kesehatan disarankan mengintegrasikan kompetensi asuhan spiritual ke dalam protokol standar perawatan paliatif dan memfasilitasi ritual akhir hayat secara proaktif sebagai pemenuhan hak esensial pasien
