Faktor Risiko Hormonal yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Kanker Serviks

Latar belakang: Kanker serviks masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan utama pada perempuan di Indonesia, berkaitan dengan berbagai faktor risiko, termasuk faktor hormonal. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan faktor risiko hormonal dengan kejadian kanker serviks di Kota Gorontalo . Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik observasional dengan desain case-control yang dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Aloe Saboe Kota Gorontalo pada periode Agustus–Desember 2025. Sampel berjumlah 36 responden yang terdiri dari 18 kasus dan 18 kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dikumpulkan dan rekam medis yang telah dimiliki. Analisis data dilakukan secara bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square atau Fisher's Exact, serta analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kontrasepsi oral ?5 tahun berhubungan signifikan dengan kejadian kanker serviks (p=0,02; OR=6,40; 95% CI=1,10–37,18) dan tetap signifikan pada analisis multivariat (p=0,01; customized OR=5,80; 95% CI=1,30–25,90). Variabel umur, paritas, dan usia menopause tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna (p>0,05). Kesimpulan: Penggunaan kontrasepsi oral jangka panjang merupakan faktor risiko hormonal yang berhubungan signifikan dengan kejadian kanker serviks. Saran: Diperlukan peningkatan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi serta pemantauan penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal
