Perbedaan Tingkat Pengetahuan Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Berdasarkan Sumber Informasi Digital dan Konvensional

Latar Belakang: Remaja menghadapi kerentanan tinggi terhadap masalah kesehatan reproduksi akibat keterbatasan akses informasi yang akurat. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja berdasarkan sumber informasi digital dan konvensional di SMP Negeri 12 Kota Gorontalo. Metode: Desain penelitian kuantitatif analitik komparatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional ini melibatkan 64 siswa kelas VII yang dipilih secara total sampling dan diukur menggunakan kuesioner terstandar; analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan proporsi pengetahuan baik lebih tinggi pada remaja dengan akses informasi digital (63,2%) dibandingkan konvensional (15,4%), dengan perbedaan bermakna secara statistik (p = 0,001; OR = 9,43; 95% CI 2,70–33,00). Kesimpulan: akses informasi digital berasosiasi dengan tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi yang lebih baik. Saran: pemanfaatan media digital yang terverifikasi dalam program edukasi kesehatan di sekolah, disertai pendampingan tenaga kesehatan dan guru untuk memastikan kualitas dan ketepatan informasi
