Asosiasi Tingkat Kecemasan dengan Keparahan Gejala Dispepsia Fungsional

Latar belakang: Dispepsia fungsional merupakan DGBI yang sering disertai kecemasan dan berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas hidup, namun bukti lokal mengenai hubungan keduanya masih terbatas. Tujuan: Menganalisis asosiasi tingkat kecemasan dengan keparahan gejala dispepsia serta hubungan usia dan jenis kelamin dengan kecemasan pada pasien dispepsia fungsional. Metode: Studi analitik potong lintang pada 250 pasien dewasa dengan dispepsia fungsional di RSUD Provinsi Banten (Januari–Mei 2023); tingkat kecemasan diukur dengan HAM-A dan keparahan dispepsia dengan Nepean Dyspepsia Index, dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear dan uji chi-square. Hasil: Mayoritas responden perempuan usia dewasa muda; tingkat kecemasan berasosiasi bermakna dengan keparahan dispepsia (B=0,589; p<0,001; R²=0,402), sedangkan usia dan jenis kelamin tidak bermakna. Simpulan: Kecemasan merupakan prediktor penting keparahan gejala dispepsia fungsional. Saran: Diperlukan skrining rutin kecemasan dan intervensi psikososial terintegrasi dalam tata laksana dispepsia fungsional, khususnya pada pasien perempuan usia produktif.
