Identifikasi Trichomonas Vaginalis Pada Sampel Urine Penyebab Keputihan Pada Wanita Di Lingkungan Perumahan River Park

Vaginal discharge is a condition of a woman who becomes a symptom of reproductive disorders, vaginal discharge is divided into two, namely physiological (normal) and pathological (abnormal). If vaginal discharge is ignored, it can have a greater health impact, including trichomonas disease or trichomoniasis. In addition, other health impacts due to vaginal discharge that are not handled properly are infertility, pelvic inflammation and cervical cancer. Objective: To identify Trichomonas vaginalis in urine samples that cause vaginal discharge in the River Park Residential Environment, Mangga Village, Medan Tuntungan District, Medan City in 2022. Method: The type of research used is qualitative where qualitative research is research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning are emphasized in qualitative research. Result: Trichomonas vaginalis in urine samples of women in Indonesia. River Park Housing, Mangga Village, Medan Tuntungan District, Medan City, from 32 respondents who underwent urine examination, 2 (6%) respondents were positive for Trichomonas vaginalis and 30 (94%) respondents were negatif for Trichomonas vaginalis.
