Background: Coastal communities are a vulnerable group to tuberculosis due to limited access to health services, housing density, and low health literacy. Objective: This activity aims to increase the knowledge of the coastal community of Soropia District about TB prevention through education on complementary cupping and TAQ spiritual therapy. Methods: Community service based on community-based participatory research (CBPR) was carried out from September–October 2024 in Badjoe Village, Soorgia District, involving 70 fishermen aged 20–65 years with a history of TB contact. Interventions included TB risk screening, audiovisual-based interactive counseling, sterile wet cupping demonstrations, and TAQ spiritual therapy guidance, evaluated using a pre-post test questionnaire. Results: There was an increase in knowledge of TB in the good category (+36%), quite good (+16%), and a decrease in the poor category (?52%), as well as an increase in knowledge of cupping-ATAQ in the good category (+35%). Conclusions and Suggestions: The integration of TB education, cupping, and ATAQ spirituality is effective in improving TB prevention literacy in Muslim coastal communities; This model is recommended to be replicated in similar coastal areas to support national TB control programs.
