Adolescents are the largest age group in Indonesia's population structure. Adolescents are particularly vulnerable to health problems such as anemia for adolescent girls and the risk of developing non-communicable diseases. This community service activity aims to carry out health screening through blood pressure, nutritional status, and Hb levels, and aims to increase adolescents' knowledge about anemia and non-communicable diseases. The screening results showed that Blood pressure was 71.4% normal, 25.7% pre-hypertension, and 2.9% hypertension Stage 1. The screening results showed that 57,1 % had normal nutritional status, 31 % had poor nutritional status, and 11.4% were overweight. Screening for anemia found Hb levels of 11.4 g/dl to 16.3 g/dl. A majority of 95.7% of young women do not have anemia, and only 4.3% have anemia. There was an increase in adolescents' knowledge about anemia and non-communicable diseases before and after being given health education with an increase in the average score, namely to 9.25 with a maximum score of 9.25 with a p value of 0.000. From this activity, it can be concluded that most adolescents are in good health and health education is effective in increasing knowledge. The recommendations for this activity are collaboration with related parties so that routine adolescent health checks are carried out, social media-based health education about lifestyle and diet, increasing physical activity, so as to achieve comprehensive adolescent health.
