The 3S-BASED NURSING CARE TRAINING FOR NURSES AT MOTUI COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER, NORTH KONAWE DISTRICT

Nurses at health centers have the main task of providing nursing services in the form of individual, family, group, and community nursing care. Nursing care is expected to be well documented in accordance with the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards, Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standards, and Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards or abbreviated as 3S nursing standards. Nursing care based on the 3S standards at the Motui Health Center, North Konawe is not optimal. The purpose of this community service is to improve nurses' knowledge of nursing care based on the 3S standards. The method used is training with a case study approach. The results of this activity found that before being given training, 7 nurses (35%) received poor scores, 12 nurses (60%) received sufficient scores, and 1 nurse (5%) received good scores. After training, all nurses (100%) received good scores. There was a significant increase in knowledge before and after training with a p value of 0.000. Conclusion: training with a case study approach is effective in improving nurses' knowledge of 3S-based nursing care
