Bokori Village is one of the areas in the coastal area of Soropia District, Konawe Regency which is located between the hill and the ocean. The people of Bokori Village with all the limited facilities and the location of the area that is quite far from health service facilities cause health care to be carried out traditionally. Even people are sometimes reluctant to check themselves into service facilities located in the sub-district because of the distance that is quite far and accustomed to the treatment that has been carried out for generations in the village. Likewise, the incidence of hypertension, which is quite increasing in numbers in the village, is not an urgent problem for residents and village officials. According to partners, high blood pressure is not a problem for them to move around. Economic demands distract them from discomfort due to elevated blood pressure (hypertension). Feelings of anxiety not being able to meet the daily needs of the family are the main reasons for residents to continue working despite the uncomfortable physical condition due to hypertension
