Our Foundation

The Journal of Nutrition and Food Health Sciences (JNFH) is an academic journal published by Poltekkes Kemenkes Kendari, established to support the development and dissemination of scientific knowledge in nutrition, food science, and food-related health outcomes. JNFH provides a scholarly platform for publishing original research, literature reviews, case studies, and evidence-based practice innovations spanning the full nutrition and food health continuum — from clinical and community nutrition to food safety, dietetics, and public health nutrition policy.

Our Institution and Location

JNFH is established and managed by Poltekkes Kemenkes Kendari, located in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, through its scientific publishing unit dedicated to disseminating research in health sciences. The institution has provided health professional education in Southeast Sulawesi for decades and currently manages multiple diploma and applied undergraduate study programs across nursing, midwifery, nutrition, and medical laboratory technology. Through JNFH, the institution continues to evolve as a significant source of scholarly information on nutrition and food health, aligned with its broader mission to produce high-quality, impactful scientific contributions in health education, research, and community service.
