 Journal Scope
The journal of HIJP contains original research articles, case studies, and literature reviews in the fields of nursing, nutrition, midwifery, medical laboratory technology, and public health in general, with a focus on risk analysis, health management innovation, disease behavior, clinical reference, nursing and midwifery care, health management, nutritional interventions, maternal and child services, diagnostics, health monitoring, promotive, preventive, and epidemiological interventions,  as well as issues of pediatric health, gerontology, spiritual health, complementary therapy, parasitology, microbiology, tropical diseases of coastal areas, and biomedicine.

 

 

 Publication Criteria
Incoming submissions will be processed by the editor starting from initial checking (initial pre-review, pre-review), review (peer-review, post-review), and the production process. The total limit for the percentage of similarity test result is 20%, and scientific studies meet publication ethic principles. The content of the manuscript must be based on reporting guidelines in accordance with the method of study. Use the manuscript layout template while writing the content.  Processing the Submission
The journal of HIJP has editors from various institutions in Indonesia, and the diversity of knowledge is adjusted to the journal's scope. As far as possible, manuscripts are submitted to the editor in accordance with their expertise to ensure the characteristics of the knowledge disseminated. The publisher guarantees that editors can process manuscripts independently based on their knowledge without intervention, and free from conflicts of interest.

 

 Publication Fees 

HIJP Journal charges author fees as follows.
Article processing fee: 750,000 (IDR)
If your article is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay the Article Publication Fee.

 

 Copyright and License
In the publication of the article journal, the author holds the copyright and published in creative commons ShareAlike International license (CC BY-SA).

 

 Journal Impact Factor and Metrics
Poltekkes Kemenkes Kendari does not use impact factors as a measuring tool for the article's quality. There is a DORA declaration (the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment) that clearly states that the quality of journals and published articles need to be assessed in their entirety and that this does not include impact factors and similar criteria. Furthermore, the Publisher uses altmetrics to display the attention received by an article based on various measurement criteria. The article attention parameters in altmetrics are citations, number of visitors, attention from social media, and coverage.
