The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between food handler hygiene, equipment sanitation, serving sanitation, and facilities sanitation with the incidence of diarrhea. This type of quantitative research is descriptive observational survey using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results obtained showed that there was a relationship between handler knowledge (p=0.014), handler hygiene (p=0.026), equipment sanitation (p=0.003), presentation sanitation (p=0.003), facility sanitation (p=0.044) with the incidence of diarrhea in elementary schools, Saentis Village, Percut Sei Tuan District.
