Background: Childbirth is a complex process that involves significant physical and emotional changes in the pregnant woman. One phase that often causes discomfort is the menstrual phase. This pain and discomfort can be caused by high pressure in the stomach, back and pelvic areas. During this process, mothers need effective and safe pain management strategies. A hot pillow can be used to reduce pain and muscle tension by increasing blood flow to the stressed area. The heat from the pillow can help relax tense muscles and reduce pain. It can be an effective non-pharmacological aid in pain management. Objective: To increase public knowledge about the use of hot pillows during labor for mothers in labor. Method: The activity method uses the lecture, question and answer method and demonstration. Results: Knowledge of pregnant women and the public regarding the use of hot pillows in the semi-Fowler's position during menstruation before education was mostly in the poor category (93%) and after education all were in the good category (96%).
