Abstract

Health problems in pregnant women, both physically and psychologically have an impact on the quality of life of the mother. During the Covid-19 pandemic, as many as 83.9% of basic health services could not run optimally, especially posyandu. This certainly has a huge impact on maternal and child health services, especially pregnant women with high-risk pregnancies. The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of life of pregnant women with high-risk pregnancies during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional approach. Data was collected using the World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL)-BREF questionnaire. The number of subjects in this study were 70 pregnant women with high risk. The results showed that most of the quality of life of pregnant women with high-risk pregnancies during the Covid-19 pandemic had a low quality of life. In addition, there are several factors related to the quality of life during pregnancy during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely education, employment and economic status
