Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator to assess health status of the community. MMR in Indonesia has increased in the past 3 years. NDC (Normal Delivery Care) training is right step to add information and train the skills of health workers. There are five common threads are taught in NDC training with the 4th point which is recording (medical record) of delivery care. Partograph is the most important part of recording process during labor. The purpose of this study was to determine effectiveness of NDC training on the completeness of filling out maternity care documents. This research is quantitative research with experimental research methods. Form of research design is quast experiment by holding pretest and posttest. Sampling technique was total sampling with 17 subjects who attended the NDC training. Data collection tool used partograph sheet which was then assessed using a partograph assessment checklist. Data analysis used paired sample t-test. Results of this study is Sig. 0.008 which indicates the effectiveness of NDC training on completeness of recording delivery medical record. Partograph is the most important delivery medical record for monitoring the progress of mother's labor. In NDC training, participants will be equipped with skills in filling out partographs.
