Hypertension is a fairly high health problem in the world. Two out of five adults worldwide have high blood pressure. WHO data (2021), shows adults with hypertension in 2015 totaled 1.13 billion, up from 594 million in 1975. People with hypertension do not know that they have hypertension and only discover after a number of health problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and medication compliance with blood pressure status in patients with hypertension. This research uses analytic observation method This study used analytical observation method. The samples in this study were hypertensive patients in the working area of the Walikukun Health Center totaling 255 respondents, who were selected by the Purposive Sampling technique based on sample selection criteria set by researchers. The results of the spearman rank test correlate family support with blood pressure status obtained a p-value (0.001) and a correlation coefficient value of 0.206. The results of the Spearman rank correlation test of treatment adherence with blood pressure status obtained a p-value of 0.001 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.203. The results showed an association between family support and medication adherence with blood pressure status with the strength level of the relationship between the two in the very weak category.
