Abstract

Heart failure contributes to the high morbidity and mortality rates due to chronic diseases in the world. This condition causes one of which is due to low self-care management. A decrease in the functioning of the patient's body is the impact of the condition. Health workers are essential in assisting patients' self-care while in the hospital and preparing for home care. This study aims to find out the description of the implementation of treatments focused on heart failure patients from the patient's perspective descriptive quantitative research method of the survey selected in this study. A total of 294 heart failure patients who met the established criteria were involved in the study. The results showed that the treatment focused on heart failure patients was assessed from the patient's point of view to have been well implemented by health workers. The analysis obtained an average value of 78.24.
