Abstract

Ringkasan: Latar Belakang: Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan dampak pada bidang kesehatan, khususnya deteksi dini penyakit. Nelayan sebagai kelompok berisiko tinggi terhadap penyakit tidak menular (PTM) memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam dokumentasi deteksi dini. Tujuan: Mengembangkan aplikasi screening risiko PTM pada nelayan berbasis android untuk membantu program transformasi kesehatan. Metode: Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan studi pendahuluan, pembuatan aplikasi, validasi pakar, uji coba, dan implementasi. Sampel 31 responden di Puskesmas Sawa menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil: Aplikasi F-Mobile NCDs menunjukkan kemudahan penggunaan (100%), mengunduh (90,90%), mengakses web (90,90%), kejelasan tampilan (96,97%-100%), dan kemanfaatan untuk kesehatan serta pendataan nelayan (100%). Kesimpulan: F-Mobile NCDs mempermudah kader PTM dalam pelaporan secara efektif dan dapat menjadi alternatif deteksi dini risiko PTM pada nelayan. Saran: Diperlukan pengembangan fitur yang lebih komprehensif dan pelatihan optimal bagi pengguna.
