Abstract

ABSTRACT

The development of information technology is growing very rapidly so that it has an impact on humans in everyday life. This development has an impact on the magnitude of ease in supporting daily activities by utilizing access to information technology. The health sector is one of the fields that has been affected by the development of information technology. The use of internet technology is used as one method in conducting early detection of health, this is in line with health transformation programs, one of which is early detection of infectious diseases. Fishermen are a special group at risk of non-communicable diseases due to their lifestyle, diet, activities and occupation. Therefore, through this study, researchers aim to make NCD risk screening in android-based fishermen, it is hoped that this application can help government programs in rapid health transformation through efforts to complete, treat and track non-communicable diseases by NCD cadres. The research method used in this study is using the Research and Development (R&D) method, with steps consisting of: (1) Preliminary study stage; (2) Design and manufacture of android applications; (3) design validation by experts; (4) Testing and revision of designs; (5) Implementation and measurement of android application assessment. the research location in the Puskemas Sawa work area with a population of all PTM cadres and PTM programmers with a total research sample of 31 people using the purvosive sampling method. The results of this study show that the F-Mobile NCDs application can be applied for early detection of Android-based Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) risks in fishermen, namely the ease of downloading applications, accessing android in the playstore easy category, symbols on image display applications and useful for reporting at PTM Posyandu. Conclusion: the public's need for information is very large, and one of the access to get information is through social media which one of the media uses a smartphone, this application can be an alternative early detection of the risk of non-communicable diseases in fishermen.
